  • Invoicing Clerk
    Primary Job Duties:
    The primary function of the Invoicing Clerk is preparation of customer invoices. Additional responsibilities include inventory and packaging of outgoing product, preparing route sheets.


    Other duties as assigned.

    Applicants must possess the following qualities:

    Team Player - Must work well in close proximity to co-workers at a shared work station.
    Reliable - Able to consistently report to work as scheduled.
    Self-manager - Can work independently and be a positive & contributing member of the customer support team.

    Requirements:
    18 years of age or older
    Organized, punctual and dependable.
    Good written and verbal communication skills.
    Possess basic computer and keyboarding skills (minimum 40 wpm).
    Able to review and verify data input, catching and correcting errors.
    Maintain confidentiality of doctor/patient information (HIPAA).
    Pass staffing agency hiring process.
    Possess currently valid driver license.

    Employment Details:
    Shift: Full-time / shift starts at 1:00pm and ends when work is completed
    Starting Wage: $11.00/hr

  • Shipping Clerk
    Primary Job Duties:
    The primary function of the Shipping Clerk is to ensure on time delivery through the efficient, accurate and timely shipment of outgoing product.

    Other duties may include but are not limited to general office tasks, customer service (phones), and assist with receiving of incoming work.

    Applicants must possess the following qualities:
    A strong work ethic emphasizing attendance and reliability.
    The ability to work well independently utilizing good time management skills.
    A willingness to meet all work demands with a positive "can do" outlook.
    An understanding of the importance of reporting to work with a professional appearance and mindset.
    A heightened level of attentiveness and thoroughness, with emphasis on accuracy.

    The successful applicant will show the desire and demonstrate the ability to be a strong member of a professional team.

    Requirements:
    Must be 18 years of age or older.
    Have work related computer skills and be comfortable working with on-line shipping websites.
    Be able to stand for extended periods of time throughout the shift.
    Be open to overtime and scheduling demands with little or no notice.
    Have the ability to effectively prioritize workflow, meeting all shipping deadlines.
    Consistently complete each days shipments efficiently and accurately, without error.
    Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills (w/ability to read and write English).
    Hold current valid drivers license with no more than 1 moving violation in previous 3 years.

    Preference will be given to candidates with minimum 2 years previous shipping experience (UPS, FedEx and US Mail).

    Shift: M-F / Days / Shift starts at /8:00 am ends when days work is complete
    Starting Wage: $11.00/hr

  • Model Production Technician
    Primary Job Duties:
    The Model Production Tech is an essential part of a dynamic team assigned to create an accurate replica of the dental patient's teeth and tissue. No previous experience necessary, we will train!

    Other duties as assigned.



    Applicants must possess the following qualities:
    The successful Model Production Tech will have above average manual dexterity, along with excellent hand/eye coordination & small motor skills. Superior technicians are positive, productive, can-do team members who are willing to meet all work demands.



    Requirements:
    A Model Production Tech must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work in a dusty, wet & noisy environment. All team members are expected to meet scheduling demands, including overtime, with little or no notice. Each days work must be completed before the shift is over.

    The successful candidate must pass post-offer/pre-hire screening (including drug test and background check) and meet all staffing agency hiring criteria.



    Equipment:
    Work is performed using a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to disc grinder, vibrating plate, belt sander, mixer, lathe and router.



    Employment Details:
    Shift: Days / Mon - Fri / Shifts starts at 6:00 am and continues until work is completed
    Starting Wage: $11.00/hr.
