  • Scheduling Clerk
    Primary job duties:
    The primary function of the Scheduling Clerk is to support the company promise of on-time delivery by accurately interpreting and logging Rx data into the company computer system and creating work tickets for production staff.

    Other duties include processing incoming work (unbox, disinfect & inventory) and other office duties as assigned.

    Job is performed sitting at a desk for majority of shift.

    Being a reliable, positive, contributing member of the customer service team.




    Minimum position requirements:
    Operational knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Working knowledge of basic office equipment.

    Must be able to meet the following physical demands of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation: sit for extended periods of time with some walking throughout the work day, may lift and carry up to 20 lbs. on occasion.

    Must demonstrate effective time management and organizational skills. Must understand the importance of complete accuracy.

    Must be flexible and have the ability to meet overtime demands with little or no notice.




    Equipment used to complete job tasks:
    Primarily use computer and scale systems to calculate shipping weights and prices.
    Other general office equipment (phone, fax, copier, scanner).

    Employment details:
    Shift: 35+ hours per week / Mon-Fri / starts at 10:00 am and ends when the days work is completed
    Starting Wage: $12.00/hr - introductory wage (negotiable w/previous data entry experience)
