  • Portland Area Customer Route Representative
    Primary job duties:
    The primary function of the Customer Route Representative is pick-up and delivery of dental restorations to customer offices on an assigned route. The primary focus is to sustain the promise of on time delivery while delivering exceptional customer service.

    Assigned routes are in the major Portland metropolitan area. Additional tasks as may be occasionally assigned.

    Please note the following:
    Position reports to work in Tualatin. Smoking is not allowed while in uniform or when driving a company vehicle. Commercial Driver License (CDL) is NOT required.

    Have an adaptable mindset when faced with work schedule changes and overtime requirements, able to meet overtime demands with little or no notice.


    Minimum position requirements:
    Must have current valid driver license (CDL not required). Must pass DMV background check to verify insurability.
    Must be able to operate company vehicle in all road, weather and traffic conditions.
    Must be able to meet physical demands of this fast paced job with or without reasonable accommodation.
    The Customer Route Representative operates a compact passenger vehicle, will sit in the vehicle for extended periods of time and repeatedly enter & exit the vehicle throughout the workday.
    Must have ability to walk short distances and occasionally climb stairs. May occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
    Company uniform is required. Must present a neat, clean, and professional appearance, with no visible tattoos or facial piercings.
    Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
    Previous delivery experience is not required. Preference will be given to applicants with a strong customer service background.
    Must pass staffing agency hiring process.


    Equipment used to complete job tasks:
    Company provided compact passenger vehicle and cellphone.
    Computer & general office equipment.

    Employment details:
    Shift: 35+ hours per week / Mon-Fri / Shift starts at 8:30 am and ends when the days work is completed
    Starting Wage: $13.00/hr. - Initial Training
