About Alyssa Pen

Implant Technical Advisor

Alyssa has been with O'Brien since 2011, starting just four days after graduating from high school. She began as a part-time packaging clerk and, over time, became adept in all front office and customer service roles. Always eager to help wherever she could, Alyssa quickly became the go-to person for both O'Brien staff and customers alike. On the phone, customers especially took note of her cheery disposition and can-do attitude. In 2016 Alyssa took on a management position in customer service. Then, in 2018, she transitioned to implant production, where she continues her customer service role by providing technical support on dental implants.
