About Alex Rugh

Alex was hired as an office supervisor in 1998 and quickly took on several administrative positions, including office manager and system administrator. In 2001 he began learning about dental implants and started designing custom CAD/CAM abutments in 2003. His extensive knowledge of implants soon made him a trusted technical resource, and in 2007 he resigned from office management to focus his time on implants. In 2014 Alex became the first certified dental technician in Oregon with a specialty in implants. He has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education through ongoing membership with the Academy of Osseointegration, Seattle Study Club, and many others. Today, as director of training and education, Alex creates educational content, attends local study clubs, and lectures to various groups.
